Yuletide: DPR seal two fuel stations, LPG plant

The Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), in Kogi State has sealed two petrol stations in the capital, for underdispencing products to unsuspecting customers.

The filling stations sealed for short changing customers include Emmaliz Nig. Ltd. located along Lokongoma Phase 1, for alkeges underdispensing by 0.43 litres for every 10 litres sold.

Always and Energy Services Ltd., also situated along the same axis, was said to be shortchanging customers by 0.45 litres for every 10 litres sold.

Also sealed was Mohkah Gas station, located around the Gadumo area, for allegedly operating without a license.

This is coming on the heels of the Christmas celebration, as motorists and residents of the capital, Lokoja, commend the Federal Government for sparing them the hardship of fuel scarcity, particularly during the Yuletide.
