From the Central Park in Aba South Local Government Area, the tricycle moved gently through a crowd of impatient traders. The road is littered with potholes, prompting this reporter to mutter a few words of complaint about the poor state of the road. The tricycle rider, apparently amused by such complaint, looked the other way, smiling. He told PREMIUM TIMES that the Central Park roads are some of the best roads in Abia State.
