The Islamic Movement in Nigeria, IMN, has condemned the transfer of its leader, Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky and his wife from the custody of the Department of State Services, DSS, to Kaduna central prison, as ordered by Kaduna State High Court.
IMN said the move to transfer El-Zakzaky and his wife to a prison facility instead of a hospital was a punishment.
In a statement signed and forwarded to DAILY POST by Ibrahim Musa, its President of the Media Forum, the group said the move was a plot by the Governor Nasir El-Rufai’s government to redicule El-Zakzaky’s team.
