The Director General of the Progressive Governors’ Forum (PGF), Salihu Moh. Lukman has challenged the governing All Progressives Congress (APC) to set the pace by building its bureaucracies and political institutions in order to strengthen democracy in the country.
Lukman noted the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) failed to utilize it’s 16 years of reign to develop democratic institutions that are capable of strengthen the democratic ethos of the country.
The PGF boss in a statement in Abuja on Wednesday noted that bureaucracies and institutions in the country both in private and public organisations are weak hence the disregard for rule and laws by leaders at various levels of our national life.
