President Mohammadu Buhari received an appreciation letter from his outgoing Aid-de-camp (ADC) Col. Mohammed Abubakar on 22nd February 2021. And welcomes new ADC Lt. Col. Yusuf Dodo.
The newADCreplaces Mohammed Abubakar, a lieutenant colonel, who is due for the rank of brigadier general.
