Balogun Set For First Wigan Start

Nigeria defender Leon Balogun will look to make his first start for Wigan Athletic in today’s (Saturday) Sky Bet Championship clash against Cardiff City,reports

Balogun made his debut as a substitute in Wigan’s 2-2 home draw against Middlesbrough on Wednesday.

The 31-year-old replaced Joe Gelhart in the 64th minute.

He is expected to replace Cheyenne Dunkley who was sent off against Middlesbrough.

The centre-back is on loan at Wigan from Premier League club , Brighton& Hove Albion.
